1.About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website to order from, or buy from Deurali Restro & Cafe (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.
Your agreement is with Deurali Restro & Cafe. The site runs on technology from NEAPES LLC, which is not the seller and is not responsible for the goods or services you buy.
2.Your account
You sign in to order. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email or phone, so keep access to them secure. Please give accurate details — we use them to contact you about your order.
3.Placing an order
- Your order is confirmed when we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item has run out, a price is clearly wrong or we are unable to fulfil it — and we will refund anything you paid for it.
- Photos are for illustration. Items can vary slightly.
- Ready and delivery times are estimates, and can change when we are busy.
4.Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in local currency. Taxes and any other charges are shown before you pay.
- Online payments are processed securely by Fonepay, whose own terms also apply to the payment.
- Where offered, you can pay when you collect your order.
5.Pickup
- Please collect your order at the time you chose. We may not be able to keep food that is not collected the same day.
- Check your order when you receive it, and tell us straight away if anything is wrong or missing.
6.Allergies and dietary needs
Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient. If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact us before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of them.
7.Cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once we have started preparing an order we may not be able to cancel it. If something is wrong with your order, tell us and we will put it right or refund it. Refunds go back to the way you paid.
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under consumer law, including Nepal's Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018).
8.Using this site
Please don't misuse the site — for example, by placing fake orders, trying to break in, overloading it or copying its content for commercial use. We may refuse service or close an account that does.
9.Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If you have a problem, please contact us first — most things can be put right quickly.
11.Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
